High water levels in the final quarter of the season normally mean that the bank fishing tails off as the weed breaks up and the amount of available open water give the fish plenty of room to feed in shallow water that isn't readily accessible from the banks. Higher wind speeds will tend to push food items - buzzers and snails - into the downwind areas but it's only a matter of a couple of weeks before the corixa start to feature as the weed finally dies off and this should bring the fish back within range again.
Tactics are pretty straightforward from wither the boats or the banks: try red wire or green holo-ribbed diawls or green or red thorax PTNs on the droppers with a black tadpole or olive fritz goldhead on the point. From the boats, if you se moving fish, the chances are that they'll be on the snails or the phantom midge so your best bet is to throw something large and flashy at them and pull it across them as fast as you can. Expect some explosive takes as the fish tend to get quite aggressive as the days shorten and the water temperature drops.
